Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a tracking number when it ships.

Return Policy

We gladly accept items for exchange or return that are received within 15 days from your date of purchase. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Please include your original receipt with your package and email me for the return address.

Please note: custom orders made to your color’s specks are NOT returnable.

Inventory

Inventory is based on available remnant rope stock. If an item or color you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.
