Return Policy

We gladly accept items for exchange or return that are received within 15 days from your date of purchase. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Inventory is based on availability of remnant rope stock received. If an item or color you have ordered is not available we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email.
